Nothing you enter is uploaded to a server, and there's no account. You can delete everything at any time in the settings under Your invoices; clearing this site's data in your browser deletes it too.
What to put on an invoice
A clear invoice is easier to pay. Most invoices include:
- Your name or business name, address and contact details
- Your client's name and address
- A unique invoice number and the issue date
- A due date or payment terms, such as Net 30
- Each item or service with its quantity, price and amount
- Any discount, tax and shipping, and the total amount due
- How to pay you, such as bank details or a payment link

Do I need an account?

Where are my invoices stored?
Only in this browser on this device. They aren't uploaded anywhere, so they don't appear on your other devices, and clearing this site's data deletes them. Keep a PDF of every invoice you send.
Can I add my logo and choose the currency?
Yes. Add a PNG, JPG or WebP logo, choose from more than 50 currencies and pick A4 or US Letter paper.
Does it work out the tax for me?
It calculates the tax from the rate you enter, along with any discount and shipping. It doesn't choose a rate or check local tax rules for you.
